A User-defined Grid Coordinate for Virtual Object Positioning in Outdoor Mobile Augmented Reality
Master thesis research at WINSLAB, presented at IEEE VR 2026 Posters.
- Developed user-defined grid coordinates on voxelized building surfaces to resolve location ambiguity in outdoor mobile AR.
- Combined intuitive relative positioning with precise absolute coordinates.
