Medical AI for Respiratory Sound and CKD Prediction
Research on pediatric respiratory sound classification and transformer-based CKD prognosis prediction.
At the Biomedical Informatics Lab at Seoul National University Hospital, I worked on medical AI problems with a focus on real-world robustness and clinical relevance.
My work included pediatric abnormal respiratory sound classification and transformer-based chronic kidney disease prognosis prediction. These projects involved handling noisy real-world data, designing learning pipelines, and thinking carefully about deployment-oriented model behavior.
This experience broadened my perspective on applied machine learning while reinforcing my interest in perception problems grounded in practical settings.
